Default summons
If debts are not paid, a creditor can order enforcement with the help of default summons, without previous legal proceeding. The court does not verify the legitimacy of the claim but gives the debtor one week to raise an objection.
After remitting of the court enforcement order, following the enforcement itself, one speaks of a titled claim. The court enforcement order is valid for 30 years. Now the bailiff can carry out the enforcement.
